Ruthie Windsor-Mann, who now lives and keeps her studio just outside Little Washington, is a juried member of several artists societies around the U.S., and she has traveled and painted landscapes around the world professionally since 1970. Acclaimed by critics for her technique and use of light and color, this series of paintings focuses on the landscapes of Rappahannock County and the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Jan Kirsch's striking sculptures of fruits and vegetables -- some sized for indoors and some intended for outdoor placement in the landscape -- reflect her love of nature and her work as a Maryland-based landscape designer. Trained at Florida State and the Corcoran School and a member of several national and international artists societies, Jan works her creative magic in bronze, resin, fiberglass and stone. This is the first exhibition of her work in Rappahannock County.
Kevin H. Adams, whose studio is next-door to the Gallery,presents an all-Virginia collection of work, including both his popular mountain forest scenes and classic Virginia architecture set in the landscape of the Commonwealth.
Beverages and refreshments will be served during the reception.
